Sports Betting at the Sportsbook

It is becoming increasingly more difficult for people living in the United States to send monies offshore. Other countires, including Canada and the UK, do not seem to have any problems. The United States, however, feels they have a right to prevent something totally out of their jurisdiction. Most recently, CITIBank in the US fell to political pressure and ceased a holt on gaming transactions. Now, when merchants are labelled whats called a "7995", there will be no payments allowed to or from the book. It is ironic how Las Vegas can operate as freely as they do while the US is doing everything in their power to stop the inevitable. Goes to show you who pulls the strings in the United States Government. Currently, there are a number of viable options for sending and receiving funds. The purpose of this section is to give you an outline of the most effective and viable ways to fund an offshore sportsbook account. Our three recommended sportsbooks all have multiple banking options.

Credit Cards

One of the fastest and easiest ways to fund an online sportsbook account is through credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed immediately and if approved by the card's issuing company, funds will be deposited into the player's account immediately.

To make a deposit via a credit or debit card, players need simply to log on to the sportsbook, select the DEPOSIT option, choose "Deposit by Credit Card" and fill out the requested personal information.

*Due to recent changes in banking procedures, many credit card companies no longer allow deposits to be made into online gambling accounts.

Wire Transfer

A Wire Transfer is an electronic bank transfer from your bank account to an online sportsbook's payment provider. It is one of the safest and fastest methods for funding/withdrawing from an online sportsbook account.
Since wiring instructions vary with each sportsbook, it is best to call the sportsbook and get their wiring instructions.

NETeller

NETeller connects merchants & internet users by providing an immediate, secure and effective system to transfer Cash over the Internet.

There are 3 Parts Of The NETeller process which include:

1.
Deposit funds into your NETeller account
2. Transfer Funds To and From NETeller merchants or members
3. Withdraw funds from your NETeller account. Making transfers is quick and easy

NETeller offers the following:

NETeller offers a large variety of deposit and withdrawal methods where credit card information is kept private from merchants. You can access and transfer funds, anytime from anywhere. Excellent product and very popular option for gamblers.

FirePay

FirePay is a division of SureFire Commerce, a world leader in secure payment processing. SureFire Commerce currently processes over $1 billion of consumer payments annually. A FirePay Personal Account is similar to a credit card, with the added advantage of protecting personal information from merchants. It allows you to buy online while never revealing your confidential payment information to an online merchant. FirePay is available in every country, including yours. FirePay Personal Accounts are currently available in U.S. dollars only. Additional currencies are coming soon.Unlike with other payment processing companies, there is absolutely no service charge to sign up for, fund, or pay with a FirePay Personal Account. FirePay charges merchants a service fee each time they process a purchase that was made using a FirePay Personal Account. Each deposit made into a FirePay Personal Account must be at least $5 and cannot exceed $5000.

Western Union

Western Union is a global leader in money transfer and message services, with a history of pioneering service dating back more than 150 years.

Western Union continues today to help consumers and businesses securely transfer money or make payments using money orders and other electronic systems. Consumers can quickly and easily transfer money to more than 117,000 Western Union Agent locations in over 185 countries worldwide - the largest network of its kind. Western Union also markets more than one quarter billion money orders every year. With about 1,800 employees and $2 billion in revenue, Western Union remains an industry leader with an eye toward providing fast and reliable money and messaging services. Western Union Financial Services, Inc. is a subsidiary of First Data Corp. (NYSE: FDC). From The US, I could be hard to send a Western Union to an offshore sportsbook.

FedEx/UPS

You can also send a certified check or money order via FeDex, UPS or whatever your local mail service is. This is probably the most viable way as you do not need to disclose exactly what the pacakge is.

Checks and Money Order

Another option for depositing funds into an online sportsbook account is via a cashier's check or money order. To begin this funding method, players must first visit the sportsbook, click on "DEPOSIT" and follow the instructions listed under "deposit by check or money order."

Moneybookers

Moneybookers is a UK based company for transferring funds online that functions like NETeller. Fund your moneybookers account with a credit card or bank wire and begin making purchases or do transfers to other moneybooker accounts. Cost to transfer is 1% with a cap of 50¢. Find our more about moneybookers, visit www.moneybookers.com.

900 Pay

900pay is a convenient new payment method for U.S residents that allows online gamblers to deposit into their sportsbook account and have the money charged to their phone bill without the use of credit cards and bank accounts.

To make a deposit, just go to the sportsbook cashier, Click DEPOSIT, and Choose 900pay as the desired deposit method. Enter the amount you wish to deposit. (Please note that players may deposit US $75, US $100 and US $150 per transaction.) You will then be taken to the 900Pay web site for creating a 900Pay account or logging into your existing 900Pay account. You will then be taken through the process of charging your deposit to your phone bill. Please follow the instructions to complete the deposit process.

Citadel

Citadel is a fast and secure alternative to credit card purchasing. If you don't have a credit card but you do have a bank account then you can use Citadel to purchase credits at sportsbooks.
