Cleveland Browns Team Information

The Cleveland Browns began in 1946 as part of the AAFC. They became part of the NFL in 1950. In November 1995 owner Art Modell wanted to move the team to Baltimore. After legal action between Cleveland and the NFL it was agreed that the Baltimore team would be considered an expansion team and Cleveland would retain the name and history of the Browns. The Browns started up again in 1999 with new owner Al Lerner.

The Browns have never appeared in the Super Bowl but have won 8 League Championships, 11 Conference Championships and 10 Division Championships. A good team to place a football wager on.

The team colors are seal brown, orange and white. They are the only team in the NFL that does not have a logo on their helmet.
