Miami Dolphins 2008 NFL Record: 11-5 | Miami Dolphins ATS (Against The Spread): 8-8
The one word that summarizes the 2008 season for the Miami Dolphins is of course none other than Wildcat. The Wildcat formation took the NFL by storm and propelled the Dolphins offense into a dynamic threat. The late addition of quarterback Chad Pennington also served as an immediate boost for the club. Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams provided an excellent dual threat from the backfield and Ted Ginn began to fulfill some of the promise he was drafted for. Joey Porter returned to excellence with a 17.5 sack season. The club also got a great season from linebacker Channing Crowder and safety Yeremiah Bell among other defensive contributors which helped the Dolphins finish 10 th against the run.
